About the Author

Ana Silvia Contreras is a self- published author. She has published 3 books and has been writing poetry, children’s stories and novels for many years. Her first published book in Spanish titled, “La Madre que Cruzo la Frontera con el Permiso de Dios” was written for her parents and gained the acceptance and support of the Spanish community.

Her most recent books titled, “Missives of Wisdom from An Inmate” and “Daniel’s Catharsis” are aimed towards helping and inspiring others to find overall life balance. Ana aspires to help as many people as possible. She enjoys public speaking and story- telling. Ana is the proud mother of two boys Juan Carlos and Julian, and she currently resides in San Diego, California with her husband Ignacio Loredo who she claims are all her greatest inspiration.
